What is Mile 42?
A family owned coffee shop in the heart of downtown Loveland, Ohio, named for our spot beside the 42 mile mark of the Loveland bike path.
A gathering spot on the trail
We are a community gathering spot first. We pour coffee, teas, smoothies, hot chocolate and specialty drinks, and stock the case with pastries, bagels, breakfast burritos and more.
Meet your friends and family at Mile 42 and enjoy our cozy shop and friendly employees. Riders roll in off the Little Miami Scenic Trail, and Broadway Street brings the rest of Loveland through the door.
The Loveland Frogman
A local legend resides on the banks of the Little Miami River. He, or she, or it, has occasionally surfaced and appeared to citizens over the past seventy years.
Mile 42 has embraced the urban legend. You will find him by the grinders, on our mugs and stickers, and riding a bicycle across our merch. Ask a barista if you care to learn more.
