Mile 42 is a family owned coffee shop in the heart of downtown Loveland, Ohio. Our name reflects our relationship with the bustling Loveland bike path, as the shop is adjacent to the 42 Mile mark. We are a community gathering spot and provide coffee, teas, smoothies, hot chocolate, coffee-specialty drinks, and a variety of pastries, bagels, breakfast burritos and related food items. We invite you to meet your friends and family at Mile 42 and enjoy our cozy shop and friendly employees.
A local legend resides on the banks of the Little Miami River – the Loveland Frogman. He (or she, or it!) has occasionally surfaced and appeared to citizens over the past 70 years. Mile 42 has embraced the urban legend. Be sure to ask one of our barista if you care to learn more!
We are proud to use local vendors for our beverage and food offerings. Coffee Emporium supplies our coffee beans and they are Cincinnati’s oldest (and best!) coffee roaster. We source our food offerings from such local vendors as Fork and Pie, Sixteen Bricks, The Veg Head, The Bagelry, Bar-9, and Paleo Primal Sweets. Using local vendors exclusively ensures we serve the freshest, highest quality food and coffee products to our customers.
